The CEO of Apple, Tim Cook has addressed some of his company’s top retail managers to advise them to prepare for the arrival of many new products over the autumn months according to the latest reports. Mr Cook had previously advised reported that all of the new products will have an autumn launch date and this new report is consistent with these earlier comments. The reliable tech site 9to5Mac has said that there was a secret meeting held recently in San Francisco between Mr Cook and the leading retail executives. It was said by Mr Cook that the iPhone is the current Gateway Apple product for the company and also highlighted that less than twenty per cent of iPhone sales were made at official Apple stores. Attendees were said to leave feeling in high spirits about the next few months and one person said that we will see an “army of new products in the fall”.
There have been many rumours in circulation regarding the host of products that are to arrive from Apple and these latest reports tie in with those. The iPhone 5S will begin proceedings this autumn with a launch date of late September. It seems that we will see the new iPhone Light arrive alongside the new premium device. The iPhone Light will come with a lower price tag due to its lower specification and will be available in a variety of colours. Once these new new devices have been release, Apple will then concentrate on the launch of their two new iPads which are set to arrive during October. The iPad 5 and also the new iPad Mini 2 are the eagerly awaited devices and for the first time will feature a Retina Display.
Apple are set to hog the headlines over the coming months as the company prepares to launch a host of new products that include the eagerly awaited iPhone 5S. This should ensure that we see a price reduction of the current iPhone 5 model
